  1. Beef carpaccio coated in cocoa nibs, fresh herbs and cocoa vinaigrette. Paired with Glendalough Double Barrel
  2. Salmon gravlax, smoked using Scotch whisky, with julienne of Granny Smith apples. Paired with Greenore 8yo
  3. Seared beef fillet, served rare with a glacé whisky sauce and freshly-picked farm vegetables. Paired with Auchentoshan 12
  4. Bourbon vanilla ice-cream, chocolate chips and Kentucky bourbon salted butter caramel sauce. Paired with Glendronach 12
  5. Michel Sauvenier chocolate Maracaibo Clasificado 65%.
